3. Our Products

We offer two types of products:

Standard Parts

Pre-designed 3D printed parts available for direct purchase through our website. What you see listed is what you get.

Custom Parts

Parts manufactured to your specifications. Custom orders require a quote process before purchase. We will confirm specifications, pricing, and lead time with you before any payment is collected. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders for custom parts we determine are not feasible, unsafe, or outside our capabilities.

4. Ordering & Order Confirmation

Standard Parts

Your order is placed when you complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if there is a pricing error, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Custom Parts

Custom orders follow this process:

1. You submit your request and specifications via our contact form or email.

2. We review your request and provide a written quote.

3. You approve the quote and complete payment (or a deposit, as agreed).

4. We begin production only after payment is received and confirmed.

A contract for custom work is formed when we send you a written order confirmation and payment is received.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service at [stripe.com/legal](https://stripe.com/legal).

For custom orders, we may require a deposit upfront (amount to be agreed at the time of quoting) with the balance due before shipment.

6. Custom Orders - Special Terms

Custom parts are made specifically for you. Because of this:

- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases where we have made an error or the part does not match the agreed specifications.

- You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions, and design files. We are not liable for defects caused by errors in the information you provide.

- If you submit a 3D design file, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from files you provide.

- We will notify you if we identify an issue with your files before production. You will have the opportunity to provide corrected files, which may affect the quoted lead time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or provided in your custom order quote.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Returns & Refunds

Standard Parts

We accept returns of standard parts within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us first to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or was the wrong item.

Custom Parts

Custom parts are non-refundable once production has begun (see Section 6). If your custom part does not match the confirmed specifications, contact us and we will either remake the part or issue a refund at our discretion.

Defective Items

If any item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and product designs created by us - is owned by Magrage 3D Manufacturing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any design files or specifications you submit to us for custom orders. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We do not warrant that parts will be suitable for any specific application beyond what was agreed in writing. You are responsible for verifying that parts meet your intended use requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Michigan. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
